-Window placement redistributed to better accommodate the internal layout. The two windows originally in the utility room have been relocated to the living space and replaced with a single window in the utility.

-The offshoot bedroom block cut roof has been replaced with a full pitched roof to provide better consistency in form and a stronger connection to Irish rural vernacular and the site setting.

-The material palette has been simplified by removing the third dark render and replacing it with locally sourced stone, as seen on the front elevation, creating greater cohesion and a stronger relationship between the elevations.

Proposed plan
-Internal layout reconfigured to improve functionality, including a revised utility with cloakroom and hidden pantry, a feature staircase with full-height window, and adjusted kitchen, living, and dining proportions to reduce unnecessary space.
